Where do you ship from?

All devices are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Usually we ship within 24 hours (business days) after payment is cleared.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my door?

This largely depends on where the shipping address is located.  If you are in a major Canadian city, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 days after it’s been shipped.  Rural areas or other countries can take longer.

Local Pickup - where can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up in the Montreal, Canada area.  Upon order completion, an email will be sent to you with the nearest available pickup location.

How can I pay?

Credit cards payments are processed through Paypal which lets you pay with any major credit card (including prepaid).  Bitcoins and Bitcoins Cash are now also accepted.  You can also pay cash at local pickup location (Montreal, Canada).

  4. click the Change Password button
  5. Follow the on screen instructions

  4. click Key Stores
  5. Press the <menu> button
  6. Choose “Change Key Store Password”

You most probably need to clear you public keys cache.  To do so, follow the following steps:

  1. click on the Options icon
  2. click Security
  3. click PGP
  4. Press the <menu> button
  5. Choose “Clear Universal Cache”

To change Secure Email’s key store key word, do the following steps:

  1. tap on the Menu icon
  2. tap Key Management
  3. tap the Gear icon next to your account name
  4. tap Change Key Word
  5. Enter your actual Key Word in the first field
  6. Enter your new key word in the other two fields
  7. tap the check mark at the top right corner to confirm
